The cladding remediation at The Reach, Liverpool has now reached it’s halfway point – a significant milestone in a programme that is ensuring resident safety, compliance with BSF regulatory changes and ensuring the building maintains full safety compliance.
With Clearline acting as the contractor and Hollis project managing the project, the remediation also needs to ensure the management of the day to day experience of residents living in the building while the works continue.
Leading the project from Haymarket Managements side, Harry Sutton Smith reflects in the below video on what reaching this stage means
“You can’t remove disruption entirely on a project like this but when residents and leaseholders feel informed, it makes a huge difference to how manageable it is for everyone.”
For Haymarket, this is not just a construction project, it’s peoples homes and their day to day lives.
Reaching the halfway milestone confirms the project remains on track and represents real progress toward full compliance and long term protection of the buildings value for leaseholders. The teams continued focus is on maintaining momentum through the second half of the programme whilst keeping in open communication with those at the centre of how the work is being delivered.
