What is Charlie’s role at Haymarket?

Charlie oversees the Block Management of numerous properties in Liverpool.

His portfolio includes 8 apartment blocks within the X1 Plaza Boulevard estate on Liverpool’s waterfront.

Creativity is key

One of Charlie’s biggest strengths is his creative flair. He is able to create a vision in a space that may be tired and worn, and truly bring it back to life.

Charlie has previously collaborated with Alexandra Thompson Interiors to transform communal spaces into vibrant and engaging areas for residents.

His most recent projects include the refurbishment of communal areas in X1 The Studios & X1 Liverpool One. The projects were complete with the help of Haymarket’s in-house maintenance team.

No detail is too small

Charlie prides himself on his attention to detail. He is dedicated to ensuring that the health and safety in all of his buildings is second to none.

He conducts monthly H&S audits to identify any areas that need extra attention, in turn guaranteeing that his properties are fully compliant.

When he’s not busy with all things Haymarket, Charlie loves to explore his home city of Liverpool. You can find him at festivals and events, soaking up the sunshine with a beer in hand!
