Today we officially welcome this stunning development to our portfolio.


Haymarket Management were chosen to consult on the development of X1 Manchester Waters B by the building’s Freeholder and have been working with the contractor for the last 2 years.  Today we are taking possession of the building from Vermont Construction and over the next few days will be getting prepared to welcome the first residents.


Working with a building management agent from the conception of the development ensures that all aspects related to the management of the building are thought about at the design and planning stage.  This can have a great impact to ensure that the layout of communal spaces and materials used are appropriate for high-footfall residential buildings.  This keeps service charges down and ensures the buildings retain their high quality finishes for years to come.
